Join our IT Networking team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and develop your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

As an intern, you’ll assist in maintaining and improving network operations, learning how to ensure efficiency, security, and performance across a large-scale digital environment.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and maintaining network services and solutions across the organization
Support troubleshooting efforts for network-related issues under the guidance of senior team members
Participate in documentation efforts, including updating Standard Operating Procedures and network diagrams
Learn and apply basic security protocols and best practices in network operations
Shadow and support the team in managing tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Meraki, and OpManager
Contribute to internal projects and initiatives focused on performance optimization and service improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the role of networking in broader IT operations

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Strong interest in networking technologies and IT infrastructure
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, routing, switching)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus:

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA (in progress or planned)
