Identify, monitor and maintain the Operational Technology assets within the Waste Water Treatment Plant/Biogas Plant infrastructure. This includes hardware, software and network components that control industrial processes and critical infrastructure. Major involvement in upgrade of sites network, hardware and security to current standard. Provide programming support to the WWTP/Biogas site.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot any production OT disturbances that may occur on shift. Drive RCA
Under guidance from OT Manager or OT Lead, perform annual vulnerability assessments and resulting remediation
Provide onsite support and expertise for new product and technology introductions to the plant as well as for upgrades of OT Systems
Onsite liaison with OT Lead and JDliT for any cyber event
Onsite liaison with Rockwell for any Rockwell events related to OT equipment, network or OT controls
Have ability to restore from backup or perform backup when necessary
Drive replacement projects for assets that are obsolete, including applications
Support vulnerability console to ensure risks are acted upon
Assist Electricians to Maintain PLC Revisions at the latest firmware versions
Provide programming support and development to the WWTP/Biogas facility. Work with contracts to ensure proper transition when new projects are introduced
Monitor and maintain onsite network access credentials
Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 to 10 years of OT Technical Support Experience in Manufacturing industrial Programmer/ Electrician
Cisco Certification (CCT, CCNA) , Industrial Programmer Designation or Cybersecurity Designation, is an asset.
