Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Packaging and Software Deployment.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Extensive experience creating and managing MSI/MST packages in enterprise environments.
Expertise with AdminStudio, InstallShield, and/or PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit.
Strong scripting experience using PowerShell, VBScript, CScript, and WScript.
Experience managing the complete software deployment lifecycle.
Experience building and maintaining virtual packaging environments.
Strong understanding of software deployment methodologies, change management, and release management processes.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application deployment and packaging issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
