We are hiring for a Business Analyst and Data Analyst. This role focuses on business analysis, data analytics, Power BI dashboard development, SQL, and regulatory compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 6 8 years of experience combining business analysis and data analytics with strong Power BI, SQL, and Excel skills.

What You Bring

6 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development
Advanced SQL skills, including joins, views, stored procedures, and query optimization
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros
Experience with dashboard design, KPI reporting, and data visualization
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Experience preparing and validating regulatory and compliance reports
Experience with requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What You'll Do

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL from multiple sources
Prepare management reports, KPI scorecards, and executive dashboards
Develop and automate reporting processes using Excel
Generate and validate regulatory and compliance reports
Perform data quality checks and root cause analysis for data discrepancies
Work with business users, compliance teams, and technology teams on reporting requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting solutions
Support UAT and successful implementation of reporting solutions
Create process documentation, BRDs, and reporting guidelines
