- Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and qTest is required.
- BSA with standard capabilities around functional requirements gathering.
- Very good communication skills.
- Experience with IT SDLC, Agile, and data analysis (using SQL and profiling data).
- Experience in Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending lines of business is required.
- Prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects will be preferred.
- QA experience with testing User UIs, Web Applications, and Database Testing.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Experience building test execution plans.
- Good communication skills.
- Automation experience is an added advantage.
