We are hiring for a
Data & Triage Analyst Python, Excel & ServiceNow. This role focuses on hardware and software End-of-Life (EOL) certification, data analysis, and process automation.
The ideal candidate has strong Excel and data reconciliation skills, with experience in Python, ServiceNow, and IT asset management.

What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end hardware and software EOL certification and triage
- Guide asset owners through certification requirements and processes
- Run, maintain, and enhance Python scripts for Excel certification templates
- Validate EOL data, reconcile datasets, and troubleshoot data quality issues
- Work with ServiceNow, CMDB, and asset ownership teams to resolve mapping and certification issues
- Investigate incorrect EOL dates and hardware/software ownership records
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve data validation and operational efficiency through Python automation and AI
Nice to have
- Hands-on Python scripting and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management, Technology Asset Management, or EOL lifecycle management
- Experience with certification, attestation, risk, or governance processes
- Power BI reporting experience
- Exposure to AI-driven automation for data-intensive processes
