Job Summary (RPA UiPath Developer)
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows following UiPath best practices.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather and refine requirements.
- Create and maintain process and technical documentation (PDD, SDD, etc.).
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, OCR tools, and third-party systems.
- Deploy, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Provide post-production support, incident resolution, and improvements for bot stability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and enhance existing automations as needed.
- Ensure all solutions comply with architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Review code to ensure quality, reusability, and performance.
- Utilize Git/Azure DevOps for version control and follow best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across functions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
