We are hiring for a Java Developer. This role focuses on developing and maintaining full-stack applications supporting non-financial risk management.

What You Bring
- 7 15 years of software development experience
- Strong skills in Core Java, Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot, web services, and relational databases
- Experience with Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks
- Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, including Agent mode and Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to write comprehensive unit tests and maintain clean, efficient code
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
- Use generative AI tools and coding assistants to improve development and automation
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Participate in Agile activities and adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
- Knowledge of observability tools and serverless architecture
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Jira or other application lifecycle management tools
- Basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
