Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, governance, and technology roadmaps.
- Lead integrations with SAP, ERP, contact center platforms, and third-party applications using Azure services and REST APIs.
- Oversee data migration, Dataverse, security, DevOps, ALM, and solution deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, mentor teams, and support presales, RFPs, and solution proposals.
- 10 15 years of IT experience with strong Dynamics 365 architecture expertise.
- Dynamics 365 CE: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Azure Integration Services: Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID, REST APIs, Agile, and DevOps/ALM.
- Strong enterprise architecture, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
