Required
5+ years of experience working with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Extensive hands-on experience in developing automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios, ITRS, and Icinga.
Experience in setting up and managing infrastructure monitoring using automation scripts.
Experience creating monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance reports.
Strong understanding of server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Linux Shell/Bash scripting and Windows administration.
Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Familiarity with log monitoring, system health checks, and proactive infrastructure monitoring.
Experience integrating monitoring solutions with enterprise notification and ticketing systems.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) is an added advantage.
Exposure to infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production support and operations environment

Responsibilities
Develop Python and PowerShell automation scripts to set up and manage infrastructure monitoring across Windows and Linux environments. Create dashboards, alerts, and performance reports, integrate monitoring with notification and ticketing systems, and support incident resolution and proactive system health monitoring.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments, extensive Python and PowerShell scripting experience, and strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios, ITRS, and Icinga.
