Original job description

  • Built a .NET Core web job with Entity Framework Core to automatically pull and process documents, invoices, and service records from Azure Storage and deliver them to end clients.
  • Automated IVR call handling for customer and vendor interactions by prototyping a Kafka-based event pipeline (POC) to queue and route call events asynchronously, streamlining resolution of customer-raised cases and reducing manual follow-up
