Required Skills
Knowledge of the business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft HCM , knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients` information technology requirements, experience of PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade and Fluid , Classic
Able to design, develop, test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new PeopleSoft development, analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on HR, Absence Management , Time Labour, Payroll, and Benefit Administration
Skills: very good verbal communication skills to discuss system requirements with clients as well as technical requirements in clear non-technical terms. Written skills to prepare various reports, presentations, systems documentation and manuals , Interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and achieve business goals
knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations, knowledge of change management, including techniques, trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system

Lead the analysis and definition of client information technology requirements for enterprise PeopleSoft HCM systems. Design, develop, test, and implement business solutions, and lead HCM change initiatives and system optimizations.
Requirements
Requires knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, system design, PUM and PeopleSoft Tools upgrades, Fluid and Classic interfaces, and the software development lifecycle, particularly across HR, absence management, time and labor, payroll, and benefits administration. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with project and change management knowledge, are required.
