The Performance Test Lead drives the non-functional testing lifecycle, defining strategies for load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
This role requires deep hands-on expertise in industry-standard tools like Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner, guiding junior engineers, and partnering with development and DevOps teams to isolate performance bottlenecks.

Scripting & Execution: Develop and maintain advanced, reusable test scripts using JMeter.
