- Strong skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and executive communication.
- Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Strong planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up skills across multiple programs.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, accountability, and problem-solving in complex projects.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
