Proven ownership and independent delivery without close supervision
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to frame and solve problems in ambiguous situations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including proactive expectation management
Demonstrated adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools and practices as part of day-to-day software delivery
Strong Python experience in enterprise environments
Experience building RESTful services / APIs
Strong Cloud Experience (AWS Preferred)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong unit and integration testing practices
Nice to have
Workflow automation experience
CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Workflow orchestration experience
Terraform (infrastructure as code)
Capital markets experience.

Responsibilities
Build and deliver enterprise Python software, including RESTful services and APIs, using cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Independently manage delivery, testing, problem-solving, and stakeholder expectations, while adopting AI-assisted engineering practices.
Requirements
Requires strong enterprise Python experience, experience building RESTful services or APIs, cloud experience (AWS preferred), and familiarity with CI/CD and unit and integration testing. Candidates should demonstrate independent delivery, problem-solving in ambiguous situations, strong communication and stakeholder management, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools; consulting or client-facing experience is also sought.
