- 5+ years of Exp in Banking Industry
- Required skillset - Mobile Automation, Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured
- Working on integrated systems with several upstream and downstream applications

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Rest Assured.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across complex banking applications and integrated systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams within Agile squads/PODs.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases.
- Track, analyze, and report test execution results, defects, and quality metrics.
- Contribute to automation strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

- Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, and integrated application ecosystems.
- Experience working with applications connected to multiple upstream and downstream systems.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile Scrum teams or POD-based delivery models.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in cloud-based testing environments.
- Knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
- ISTQB or relevant testing certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
