  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, involving quality assurance testing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level) are desirable.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals and Practices.
  • Familiarity with Bug Tracking and Test Case Management Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Database concepts (SQL queries for data validation).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM concepts and testing approaches (e.g., testing configurations, workflows).

Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance testing for IT systems, including testing Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and workflows. Apply software testing practices and use bug-tracking, test-case management, and SQL-based data validation.

Requirements

At least three years of IT experience involving quality assurance testing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Candidates should understand the software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, software testing fundamentals, bug tracking, test case management, basic SQL and database concepts, and Dynamics 365 CRM testing; ISTQB Foundation Level certification is desirable.
