- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity/Salesforce Industries).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Practical experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of telecommunications CPQ, product catalog management, and Order Management processes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
