We are hiring for a
Salesforce Functional Lead. This role focuses on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, business requirements, and functional delivery within an enterprise banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce functional leadership experience, financial industry knowledge, and the ability to work with business and technical teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead
- 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in regulated enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle, and financial compliance
- Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (Sales and/or Service)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and data lakes
- Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines
- Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, senior leaders, and technical teams
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, user journeys, and refine requirements
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs to define functional requirements in Epics
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Salesforce capabilities
- Design strategic Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals, enterprise architecture, compliance, and data governance
- Configure proof of concepts in Salesforce demo environments
- Present custom solution designs to Architectural Design Review Boards
- Assess dependencies across legacy systems and data warehouses
- Guide functional designers in converting requirements into actionable user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to manage and prioritize backlogs
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
- Support change management and training content to improve solution adoption
