Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Workflows, and Reports.
- Perform end-to-end integration and API testing using Postman.
- Validate data migration and data integrity using SQL/SOQL.
- Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Prepare test execution and summary reports.
- Strong Salesforce QA/testing experience.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce security, Objects, Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and integrations.
- API testing, SQL/SOQL, and defect management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce automation using Selenium, Tosca, or Provar.
- Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud knowledge.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience.
- Salesforce certification.
