We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations for banking, insurance, and wealth management. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Design scalable data models, security architecture, and API-first integration solutions
- Build integrations with core banking, lending, identity, and enterprise platforms
- Define data governance, data quality, metadata management, and compliance strategies
- Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and asynchronous processing
- Lead DevOps implementation using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and package management
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor development teams
- Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, observability, and regulatory compliance
What you bring
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of FSC data models including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, and Relationships
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture
- Expertise in Salesforce security, sharing model, Shield Platform Encryption, OAuth, SAML, and SSO
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution architecture experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Lending domain experience
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk or New Relic
- Knowledge of OSFI, PIPEDA, SOC2, and enterprise compliance standards
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA certifications
