We are hiring for an SAP Billing Consultant. This role focuses on supporting SAP billing operations, resolving billing exceptions, and improving billing processes.

- Support daily billing operations and resolve billing exceptions
- Prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency
- Investigate root causes and reduce recurring billing issues
- Collaborate with business and AMS teams to resolve complex defects and process gaps
- Maintain troubleshooting guidelines and exception-handling procedures
- Share operational knowledge and help the team manage recurring issues independently
