Job Description
- 10+ years of SAP experience in implementation, support, and rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, implementation, and production support.
- Experience in ticket resolution, SLA management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of ASAP implementation methodology and SD business processes.
- Strong understanding of SD organizational structure, master data, sales order, delivery, shipment, and invoicing processes.
- Experience with User Exits, VOFM routines, Customer Exits, SD tables, and structures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different time zones.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant SAP certification and domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Configure and implement SAP SD solutions, and provide production support across implementation, support, and rollout projects. Resolve tickets, manage SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, and support sales, delivery, shipment, and invoicing processes.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of SAP experience and strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, implementation, and production support. Candidates should understand ITIL and ASAP methodologies, SD processes and data structures, and SAP enhancements such as User Exits and VOFM routines; a relevant degree, SAP certification, and domain experience are preferred.
