We are hiring for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer (Golang & HashiCorp Vault). This role focuses on building secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and security solutions using Golang, HashiCorp Vault, and public cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Golang development, secrets management, cloud-native development, and enterprise security architecture.

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles
Expertise in HashiCorp Vault, Vault Enterprise Features, Secret Engines, Authentication Backends, Policy Management, and Plugin Development
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with Kubernetes and Containers
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
Strong knowledge of Authentication & Authorization, Encryption and PKI, Security Compliance Frameworks, and Distributed Systems Design

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and security platforms using Golang
Architect and implement secure secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault
Develop and manage Vault authentication backends, secrets engines, policies, and plugins
Design scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to enforce security best practices
Automate security operations using Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps methodologies
Build highly available and scalable APIs, microservices, and platform services
Perform security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, and compliance assessments
Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native applications and security platforms using Golang and HashiCorp Vault, including Vault authentication backends, secrets engines, policies, and plugins. Automate security operations, assess and remediate risks, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate across teams, and contribute to architecture decisions while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years of hands-on Golang development experience and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Candidates should have expertise in HashiCorp Vault and experience with a major cloud platform, Kubernetes and containers, APIs and microservices, CI/CD and DevSecOps, and security practices including authentication, encryption, PKI, compliance, and distributed systems.
