- Significant experience in business operations, technology, technology risk, strategy execution, program management, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of technology organizations and technology risk concepts, including governance, operating models, portfolio management, and organizational planning.
- Experience supporting workforce strategy, organizational design, resource planning, or vendor and consulting engagement management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messages.
- Demonstrated ability to create polished executive-level content, including presentations, reports, dashboards, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive progress in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, consultants, and vendors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related productivity and reporting tools.
