Technology Logistics Suppor tReports To: Regional Manager| Technology Support Department: Technology Location: Distribution Center (DC) / Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations Environment
Position Summary - The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests| ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations.
The position also assists with system installations| monitors data center infrastructure| coordinates with internal and third-party support teams| and maintains inventory of technology assets.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.Serve as the first point of contact for Distribution Center (DC) and Fulfillment Center (FC) associates requiring IT assistance.
Receive| track| troubleshoot| and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests through walk-up support and ticketing systems.
Escalate complex issues to global support teams and subject matter experts when required.Support and maintain Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.A
