Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end test strategy across UI applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Act as the central QE/Test Lead, coordinating testing activities across UI, API, backend, and integration teams.
- Lead test planning, execution, and coordination for releases and major program increments.
- Drive TOSCA-based automation strategy for UI workflows and API validations.
- Ensure end-to-end validation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Coordinate test data, test environments, execution cycles, and release readiness.
- Oversee Functional, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate UI user journeys, API contracts, and backend processing logic.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and cross-team resolution.
- Track and report quality metrics, risks, and release status to stakeholders.
- Ensure environment readiness and dependency management across upstream and downstream systems.
- Support seamless integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Leadership.
- Strong experience leading end-to-end (E2E) testing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation.
- Experience testing UI, APIs, backend systems, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
- Experience with defect management and release coordination.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work Pacific Time business hours.
