Position Summary

A Jack Morton Worldwide Senior Program Manager leads the day-to-day execution of client experiential marketing programs, including tradeshows, mobile marketing, and branded environments. This role owns end-to-end program delivery, ensuring projects are executed with operational excellence, financial discipline, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Working in close partnership with Account Directors and clients, the Senior Program Manager supports strategic account growth while leading seamless, end-to-end program execution. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes, reinforcing client confidence, and developing team capability through mentorship, driving consistent, high-performing program delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.  The duties and responsibilities as outlined in this Job Description may be changed from time to time by Jack Morton Worldwide, as it deems necessary, without further notice to the Employee. 

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of experiential programs, from planning through final reconciliation. Manage all project components, including fabrication vendors and third-party partners, while ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Execute programs using established tools, systems, and processes.

Client Management & Execution Leadership

Serve as the primary client contact for project execution and delivery. Lead development of proposals, scopes of work, and project schedules. Communicate scope, timelines, budgets, roles, and project updates clearly and proactively. Manage project changes, and secure client approval as needed. Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead coordination across estimating, creative, production, operations, fulfillment, and field services teams. Drive alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and execution standards are consistently met.

Financial Management & Accountability

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue tracking. Translate project costs into clear, client-facing pricing. Monitor and control third-party and vendor costs, maintain accurate financial systems, reconcile program costs, and ensure invoice readiness and accuracy. Protect and support account profitability.

Creative & Strategic Support

Partner with Creative and Strategy teams to support exhibit design, ideation, and solution development. Identify innovative production methods and execution approaches that enhance program outcomes.

Client Growth & Account Support

Identify opportunities to expand scope, deepen client relationships, and support account leadership in driving organic growth.

Team Development & Leadership

Coach and mentor Program Managers and Coordinators. Reinforce best practices, accountability, and process consistency, while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, tradeshows, or agency program management

Proven success by managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects

Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, organization, and problem-solving

Demonstrated strengths in client service, accountability, collaboration, and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Strong interest in industry trends, innovations, and evolving best practices

Willingness to travel approximately 30%

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 2+ years’ experience as an Program Manager or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Company employees and managers, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand for long periods of time; walk long distances; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
