Develop and implement project delivery strategies, phasing plans, and construction sequencing approaches within an active airport environment.
Facilitate decision-making and resolution of project issues through structured governance and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor project performance and provide executive-level reporting, forecasting, and recommendations.
Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with operational, regulatory, and technical requirements.
Support construction, commissioning, activation, and transition-to-operations activities.
Build and maintain effective relationships with airport operations, airlines, government agencies, regulatory authorities, and project partners.
Mentor and support project team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of project management experience, including delivery of large and complex infrastructure programs.

Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, procurement, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes.
Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a complex delivery environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
