Who You Are

You are a results-driven field sales professional with a track record of consistently meeting your goals. New Business Development

Prospect open territory, qualify companies, and bring on new dealers

Spend approximately 40% of time focused on acquiring net new business

Dealer Training & Support

Conduct dealer site visits and train dealers in sales, service, operations, and marketing functions

Serve as the liaison between dealers and Jacuzzi to solve problems, clarify policies and procedures, and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements

What You Bring

Required

3+ years of regional sales experience (field/outside sales)

Proven success consistently meeting sales goals

Ability to travel 50-60% by car, including some overnights as required by regional geography

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail

Preferred

Experience selling to a dealer or channel network

Physical products sales experience; high-ticket sales experience

Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company
