Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and value discussions to understand priorities, address concerns, and identify opportunities.
Identify opportunities to increase adoption and expand customer use of Jaggaer solutions.
Maintain accurate customer contact information, stakeholder maps, and account activity records.

Coordinate customer issues and escalations with the appropriate internal teams, keeping customers informed and following through on commitments.
Support renewal discussions, commercial negotiations, and expansion opportunities to retain and grow recurring revenue.
Learn customers’ procurement and operational priorities to identify relevant solutions and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain account plans, renewal forecasts, opportunities, and customer activity in Salesforce and other internal tools.
Participate in customer meetings, relevant events, and industry activities as needed to strengthen relationships.
Identify customers who may be interested in references, case studies, and other customer advocacy initiatives.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, account management, customer success, sales, or a related customer-facing role.

Comfort working with customer data, account health indicators, and pipeline reports to prioritize activity.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage account activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
Comfortable balancing proactive customer engagement, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration across a portfolio of accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or spend management technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location manufacturing customers.
