Original job description

JAGGAER provides an intelligent Source-to-Pay and Supplier Collaboration Platform that empowers organizations to manage and automate complex processes while enabling a highly resilient, responsible, and integrated supplier base. With 30 years of expertise, we specialize in solving complex procurement and supply chain challenges across various industries.

Our 1,300+ global employees are obsessed with ensuring customers get full value from our products - ultimately enhancing and transforming their businesses. For more information, visit www.jaggaer.com

As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) at JAGGAER, you will lead strategic growth within an assigned territory. You’ll architect account strategies, build trusted C-suite relationships, and deliver innovative SaaS solutions that transform procurement and supply chain operations. This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who can navigate large Enterprise organizations and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Own and exceed revenue targets by building and executing strategic sales plans for JAGGAER’s enterprise SaaS solutions

Drive impactful sales opportunities from initial engagement through successful close

Drive pipeline growth via strategic prospecting efforts, networking, and continued research

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to key stakeholders

Collaborate with Alliance Partners to strengthen solution positioning and accelerate growth

Craft and deliver compelling, executive-level proposals and presentations

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce (SFDC)

What You Bring:

You are a strategic hunter with a disciplined, proactive approach to complex enterprise sales
Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets in a hunter role
Proven experience selling into Enterprise organizations
Expertise in selling complex Enterprise SaaS solutions (P2P and/or S2P preferred)
A strong track record of qualifying, managing, and closing high-value deals
Executive presence with the ability to influence and inspire at the C-suite level

Executive-Level Business Acumen

You understand how enterprise leaders think and operate, including:

Procurement expertise to engage effectively with Chief Procurement Officers
Supply chain knowledge to drive meaningful dialogue with COOs
Financial acumen to articulate ROI and business impact to CFOs
You build credible, data-driven business cases that resonate with executive audiences and drive decision-making.

How You Work:

Collaborative: You actively engage cross-functional teams and partners to develop winning strategies
Entrepreneurial: You take initiative, seek resources, and move opportunities forward without waiting for direction
Relentless: You go the extra mile - the extra call, the extra prep session - to win
Well-networked: You leverage social platforms, industry associations, and partner ecosystems to create opportunity

If you are energized by complex enterprise sales, passionate about delivering transformational outcomes, and motivated to win at the highest level, we invite you to join us and make an impact.

Our Values:

At JAGGAER, our business is about people. Our products are built on intellectual property, but the real differentiator is the teams behind them–the way we collaborate, innovate, solve problems, and deliver for customers. TEAM gives us a common set of expectations for how we work together across products, cultures, and geographies.

Transparency – Openness Builds Trust

Candor strengthens relationships, speeds decision-making, and ensures problems are solved together - with customers, teammates, and partners.

Entrepreneurial Spirit – Own It, Drive It, Make It

A scrappy, customer-obsessed, problem-solving mindset is at the cornerstone of both organizational and personal growth

Accountability – Thumbs In, Not Fingers Out

We take responsibility for ourselves before pointing elsewhere

Metrics-Driven Results – Outcomes Over Activities

Data and evidence guide our decisions, help us course-correct quickly, and ensure we’re delivering real impact

EEO:

JAGGAER is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer supporting workforce diversity. We do not discriminate based upon race, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, caregiver status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, sexual stereotypes, age, genetic information, military, or veteran status, mental or physical disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
