Accounts Receivable Manager
Toronto, Hybrid (3 days in office)
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed software holding company that acquires and scales vertical software businesses across Canada and the U.S. They’re adding a new company to the portfolio every few weeks, and they need an AR leader who can keep cash flowing while the portfolio grows.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of 6 across AR, billing, collections and cash application
- Own receivables across a multi-entity, CAD/USD portfolio
- Onboard newly acquired businesses onto a standard AR playbook
- Drive DSO down and build reporting leadership actually uses
- Automate everything you can (they’re AI-first, so you’ll have the tools)
What you bring
- 7+ years in AR or order-to-cash, with 2+ years managing a team
- Multi-entity experience (holdco, PE-backed or serial acquirer is a big plus)
- B2B software or SaaS billing experience
- NetSuite or similar ERP chops

Responsibilities
Lead a six-person team responsible for accounts receivable, billing, collections, and cash application across a multi-entity CAD/USD portfolio. Standardize AR processes for acquired businesses, reduce DSO, improve leadership reporting, and automate workflows.
Requirements
Requires at least seven years of experience in accounts receivable or order-to-cash, including at least two years managing a team. Candidates should have multi-entity and B2B software or SaaS billing experience, plus proficiency with NetSuite or a similar ERP; experience in a holding company, private equity-backed business, or serial acquirer is an advantage.
