What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same, but your main focus will always be creating great experiences for our guests:
- Guest Engagement: Chat with customers, recommend local favourites, and suggest food pairings.
- Till & Checkout: Deliver friendly, efficient service at the register.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Receive orders, unload pallets, and keep the sales floor looking great.
- Inventory & Warehouse: Keep product stocked, organized, and ready for guests.
Who We’re Looking For
You don't need to be a master sommelier on day one - we’ll teach you! We’re looking for team members who bring energy and passion to the floor:
- Customer-First Attitude: You enjoy helping people and making connections.
- Retail or Hospitality Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Product Curiosity: An interest in wine, craft beer, cider, or spirits (and an eagerness to keep learning!).
- Physical Readiness: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical inventory work.
- Flexibility: Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for engaging with guests to provide product recommendations and ensuring efficient service at the checkout. Additionally, you will manage inventory, unload shipments, and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor.
Requirements
Candidates should have a customer-first attitude and an interest in learning about wine, spirits, and craft beer. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
