Jarvis Consulting is seeking experienced Machine Learning Engineers with solid hands on experience with either Azure AI Foundry or Databricks AI.
These will be initial 6 month contract terms with the possibility of extension. We are a hybrid environment with 2 days/week required on-site in downtown Toronto.
For Databricks SI:
- 5+ years MLOps, data engineering, or ML platform experience
- Deep Databricks expertise: project setup, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, model registry, governance patterns
- Strong Python + SQL
- Experience building reusable ML components, templates, and standardized deployment patterns
For Azure AI Foundry:
- 5+ years building AI/ML solutions, with recent hands-on Azure AI work
- Deep Azure AI Foundry expertise: agents, evaluations, grounded generation, prompt engineering at scale
- Strong Python, experience with LLMs and RAG patterns
- Ability to design reusable reference solutions
Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Requirements
Candidates need at least five years of relevant MLOps, data engineering, ML platform, or AI/ML solution experience, with deep hands-on expertise in either Databricks or Azure AI Foundry. Strong Python skills are required; SQL is specified for the Databricks track, while LLM and RAG experience is specified for the Azure track, and regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred.
