Work with React, C#/.NET, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework Core, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
Configure internal and external systems to meet documented project requirements, including complex business rules and digital quality documentation
Configure integrations using approved tools, patterns, and standards, and escalate gaps or new integration needs to senior technical resources
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify implementation considerations, and support User Acceptance Testing
Maintain technical documentation and provide system training or user guidance when required
Communicate risks, blockers, and concerns promptly while adapting to evolving requirements and priorities

What Success Looks Like

Consistent delivery of reliable, maintainable features that meet documented requirements
Effective participation in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning
Accurate system and integration configuration using approved tools and patterns
Prompt communication of risks and steady growth in technical and business knowledge
Positive contribution to production stability, documentation quality, and overall team effectiveness

Why Join Us

Join a growing core development team building and improving business-critical internal systems
Work on meaningful operational challenges across construction execution, workforce processes, integrations, reporting, mobile workflows, and platform modernization
Develop your skills through collaboration with experienced developers, technical leadership, and business stakeholders
Contribute to a team culture that values accountability, learning, practical problem-solving, and coding excellence
Receive a competitive salary and benefits package

Requirements

3-5 years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in JavaScript and React for front-end development
Experience with C# and .NET for back-end development
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server
Experience building or supporting RESTful APIs and modern web applications
Experience using Entity Framework Core or a comparable object-relational mapping framework
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production systems
Ability to understand how application components, services, integrations, and data fit together
Ability to independently deliver assigned features while following technical direction and established standards
Clear communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities
Ability to travel internationally for site visits and system rollouts when required

Integration development experience, including system-to-system data flows and scheduled processing
Experience with Hangfire or a similar background job scheduling framework
