Jayman BUILT is seeking a Host- a key driver in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet which isn't just a community - it's a once-in-a-generation landmark. A 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary, anchored by a 155-ft clock tower, a 400,000 sq.ft. private social club, and a vision unlike anything else in North America.

Eligible for health and dental benefits.Hourly wage being at $18.00 an hour. This long-term project offers 10+ years of opportunity, with potential advancement and growing career with the Jayman BUILT organization.This is a highly visible role requiring a polished teammate, able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life.A day in the life of Host for The Nostalgia Townlet:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers, in a personalized and refined manner.
- Guide customers through our sales, discovery, and presentation centers.
- Greet customers upon arrival and answer general questions.
- Provide administrative support to sales team
What you will bring to the table:
- A sensational customer service philosophy, with the desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule which could include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adjust to continually shifting priorities
- Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Strong computer skills including expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM platforms.
