Use project management software to keep records current and easy to find
Collect closeout documents and archive project files when projects finish

Receive and track invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
Help enter invoices and expenses into the system
Answer simple vendor questions about invoice status

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
0–2 years of administrative, accounts payable, or bookkeeping experience

Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
