Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to guests during events.
- Set up and prepare dining areas, tables, chairs, place settings, and service stations according to event requirements.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
- Follow event schedules and instructions from supervisors, captains, and management.
- Respond to guest requests and address concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, supervisors, and other event team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, banquet service, or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical duties, including carrying trays and assisting with event setup.
