Inside Sales Representative
Who You Are:
- A determined problem solver
- A clear communicator who can tackle and understand technical information
- Multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously
- 2 - 4 years' experience in inside sales or customer service
- Acute attention to detail and loves to keep things organized
- Accountable and takes ownership of work
- Loves to work cross functionally with the field sales team
- Has an interest in instrumentation, reliability, and electrical component industry
What Will You Do?
- Respond to incoming request for price, delivery, and technical information
- Research and problem solve with customers to find suitable products
- Work with the field sales team to deliver on requests
- Manage inventory system, process customer orders and place orders with vendors
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build towards a field sales position if desired
