Rental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the rental process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and collection of rental equipment
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify and fulfill customer rental needs efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking equipment availability and status
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Ensure all rental equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use
• Assist in preparing rental contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor rental schedules and deadlines to optimize equipment usage and minimize downtime
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in rental coordination or a similar role within the business supplies and equipment industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple rental requests effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and order processing
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively across departments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite assessments and client meetings
