Role: Merchandiser
Schedule: Part-Time, Open Availability
Location: South Shore/Annapolis Valley, NS
Compensation: $20.55/Hr
In this role you will help us get our famous brands to the people who love them all across Canada. You’re ambitious and hard-working and see every challenge as an opportunity. You pride yourself on being motivated, strong and a team player, and you have strong organizational skills. You want a job that will maximize your earning potential as well as open doors for the future and prefer to be out in the world rolling up your sleeves than behind a desk all day.
Your experience may include customer service. This is a great role for students in all kinds of programs. It’s also a great fit for people who worked successfully with a high degree of independence and have experience dealing with people.

- Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.
- Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
- Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
- Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
- Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.
- You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
- You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
- You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
- You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated.
- You have excellent time management skills
- Prior merchandising or customer service experience
- Previous grocery store experience

Responsibilities
Merchandise Pepsi products on store shelves, racks, coolers, and displays, and support promotions by keeping shelves stocked and promotional materials in place. Coordinate with sales representatives and delivery teams, maintain orderly back-room stock, and rotate products to ensure freshness.
Requirements
Applicants need a high school diploma, professional studies diploma, or equivalent, a valid Class 5 driver's license, and access to their own vehicle. They must be physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds, able to work independently, self-motivated, and have strong time-management skills; merchandising, customer service, and grocery-store experience are assets.
