- Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up.
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.
- Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Continually learn about products and market conditions.
- Be flexible and happy to work various shifts as per store requirements.
- Excellent communication and team player.
- Sales and customer service experience is an asset.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
- Ability to work days/evenings/weekends (rotating shifts).
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D365) used to process orders.
- 21+ years of age due to forklift requirement (In-house training provided).

Responsibilities
Engage customers, understand their project needs, recommend suitable products, and support sales through product knowledge and awareness of promotions. Prepare quotes and material lists, follow up with customers, help pick and load products, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
Requirements
Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 55 pounds are required; sales or customer service experience is an asset.
