Original job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator based in Canada.

This is an early-career opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and working in a technology-driven environment. You will own the day-to-day client experience, from onboarding and training through ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The role offers broad exposure to customer success, sales, business development, marketing, and product operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and contribute to long-term growth. Your insights and relationship-building skills will help improve the customer journey while supporting expansion across Canada and the US. The position provides a fast-paced learning environment where you can develop your professional skills and expand your network within the technology community. It is particularly suited to an energetic, empathetic, curious professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for technology.

\nAccountabilities:

Lead onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation, strong product adoption, and long-term engagement.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and developing a strong understanding of their needs.
Listen to customer feedback, document key insights, and communicate relevant information to internal teams.
Identify potential growth and upselling opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to strengthen customer retention throughout the customer journey.
Maintain accurate records of client activity, follow-ups, and potential leads within the CRM.
Support product demonstrations and presentations led by the business development team.
Research relevant industry developments, events, and webinars and participate in activities that support business and customer engagement.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives across both Canadian and US markets.

Requirements

Post-secondary degree or diploma with a strong understanding of technology.
Up to 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, business development, or another customer-facing role; internships, co-ops, and part-time experience are considered relevant.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency.
Genuine interest in sales and business development, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
Fast learner who is curious about technology and comfortable adapting to new information and situations.
Energetic, proactive, and motivated to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a good sense of humour.
Youth Employment Program eligibility: post-secondary graduate, under 30 years old, Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and first-time participant in the Youth Employment Program.
