Original job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Ads Sales Specialist based in Canada.

As an Enterprise Ads Sales Specialist, you will drive new business growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts for an innovative AI advertising platform. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and lead qualification through consultative discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. The role combines digital marketing expertise with strategic B2B selling and a strong customer-first approach. You’ll engage senior decision-makers and build relationships with high-potential clients. Success will be measured through revenue growth, pipeline development, and achievement of sales targets. You’ll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Accountabilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound leads and targeted outbound activities, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and self-prospecting.
Generate qualified business opportunities and consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Conduct consultative discovery and needs analysis to understand client objectives, challenges, and advertising requirements, then present tailored AI-powered advertising solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiations, closing, and successful handover to onboarding and customer success teams.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, activity, and performance targets while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting, opportunities, interactions, and pipeline activity within Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions based on client needs and business potential.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from closed deals to onboarding and ongoing customer success.

Requirements

2–3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, enterprise sales, or a comparable commercial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, advertising ecosystems, and the ability to understand and communicate digital advertising solutions to clients.
Proven experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting, cold calling, and independently generating new business opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales conversations with mid-size and enterprise organizations, including confident interaction with C-level and senior stakeholders.
Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, along with familiarity managing customer and prospect databases.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect client needs to relevant solutions.
Results-oriented and resilient mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work toward revenue targets and maintain momentum through a complex sales cycle.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ad tech, AI platforms, client-facing products, or technology-driven advertising solutions is an advantage.
