- Understand customer business challenges and explain how technology solutions can improve workflows and operational outcomes.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with executive, implementation, and development teams to address prospect requirements and support sales opportunities.
- Contribute to sales strategy development, market expansion initiatives, and the refinement of customer messaging, sales materials, and value propositions.
- Manage competing priorities across prospecting, demonstrations, follow-ups, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events throughout Canada.
- Support customers during the initial stages of implementation, helping ensure a smooth transition to delivery and account management teams.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry networking, and professional development activities to strengthen market knowledge and commercial relationships.
- Proven success in a sales, business development, or client-facing role within the insurance industry.

- Genuine interest in technology and software solutions, with the ability to understand complex systems and communicate their value clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, commercially focused, and comfortable working toward business development objectives.
