Are you an experienced clinical research leader ready to oversee complex clinical trial portfolios and drive operational excellence? This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary project teams and guide Project Managers responsible for studies ranging from individual service engagements to large-scale, multinational clinical programs. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing financial performance, quality, and regulatory compliance. Working in a specialized clinical research environment, you will help shape project strategies, strengthen operational processes, and identify innovative approaches to improve efficiency. You will also contribute to business development, proposal strategy, and client presentations while mentoring project management talent.
