You will take ownership of project performance, balancing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while building trusted client relationships. Working within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team, you will have the autonomy to influence project delivery practices, mentor professionals, and contribute to regional business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader seeking meaningful responsibility, professional development, and long-term career progression in engineering consulting.

- Quality assurance: Define project quality requirements and ensure deliverables meet established standards, technical specifications, contractual commitments, and client expectations.
- Health, safety, and environmental compliance: Ensure applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures are followed and that project participants understand and document compliance with relevant safety requirements.
- Progress reporting and communication: Provide accurate, timely project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, monitor communication across project teams and third parties, and improve reporting processes where necessary.
- Proposal development and estimating: Support the preparation of proposals, project estimates, and commercial submissions to help secure and plan future engineering work.
