Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de soutenir et de déployer des stratégies marketing adaptées au marché québécois.

Vous travaillerez au croisement du marketing, des ventes et de la gestion de produits afin d’aligner les campagnes sur les objectifs commerciaux.

Votre expertise contribuera directement à la génération de prospects, à l’engagement des clients et à l’amélioration des conversions.

Vous exploiterez les données de performance pour orienter les décisions et optimiser continuellement les initiatives marketing.

Le poste combine stratégie, création de contenu, marketing numérique, analyse et gestion de campagnes multicanaux.

Vous aurez également l’occasion de contribuer au lancement et au positionnement de produits et services auprès de publics ciblés.

Accountabilities

Mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing multicanaux, principalement numériques et sociales, afin de générer des prospects pour les équipes commerciales et d’améliorer les taux de conversion et le RCI.
Suivre et communiquer régulièrement les performances des campagnes à l’aide de Salesforce.com et optimiser les tableaux de bord pour assurer un reporting clair et efficace.
Exploiter les données, analyses et insights pour éclairer les décisions marketing et orienter les campagnes futures.
Participer à la conception et à l’exécution de tests A/B sur différents canaux marketing.
Concevoir et déployer des campagnes ciblées pour lancer, promouvoir et positionner des produits et services.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing, ventes et produits afin de développer des stratégies et campagnes cohérentes.
Élaborer des propositions de valeur, messages clés, contenus, outils commerciaux et communications marketing adaptés à différents secteurs et publics.
Analyser les résultats des programmes marketing et identifier continuellement des opportunités d’optimisation.

Requirements

Maîtrise complète du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Plus de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing.
Expérience démontrée dans l’exécution de campagnes marketing et l’optimisation de leur performance.
Expertise en marketing numérique, notamment en matière de stratégie, d’idéation et d’exécution sur les canaux numériques et sociaux.
Bonne connaissance des plateformes d’automatisation marketing telles que Pardot et des plateformes d’automatisation des ventes telles que Salesforce.com, un atout.
Connaissance des études de marché, du positionnement et des stratégies de marque.
Solides compétences en gestion de projets et en communication.
Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec plusieurs fonctions et à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et capacité à utiliser les données pour soutenir les décisions marketing.
Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
