Build and maintain positive relationships with store contacts, responding to merchandising needs and identifying opportunities for improved product placement.
Monitor product presentation, availability, and display conditions to support consistent brand execution.
Communicate store-level insights, sales opportunities, and merchandising challenges to the field sales representative.
Complete weekly reports documenting store visits, merchandising activities, and execution results.
Work independently to organize daily visits, manage assigned responsibilities, and meet merchandising expectations.

Valid Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain it before starting the role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with retail staff.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and organize daily store visits.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow merchandising guidelines and product placement instructions.
Must be at least 18 years old, as the role involves handling alcoholic beverages.
Willingness to work in a field-based position covering retail locations in the Hamilton, Ontario area.
